This is by no means a value guide, it is simply a sales guide. As the saying goes, "something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it." So I'm basing this entire guide on what I'm seeing people committing to pay. I am also assuming that everyone who bids on eBay is honorable and follows through with their payment. This guide in no way guarantees that your items will sell at this amount, and we hold no repsonsibility if it sells for less! I am simply including the information here as a service, both to people wanting to sell their 2-XL toys and for 2-XL fans who may be wondering how much the one they want may cost them, and how often it comes up for sale.

Having said all that, I can offer the following advice:

HOW I COMPILE THIS LIST: When a lot of 2-XL tapes sells, I divide the amount it sold for by the number of items sold. I then add up the total value of each item sold with other lots, and divide them by the total number of that item. For example: if LOT 1 contained a Mego 2-XL with 4 tapes and sold for $10.00, each item is assigned a value of $2.00. Meanwhile LOT 2 contained a Mego 2-XL with 4 tapes and sold for $20.00, so each item is assigned a value of $4.00. That means 2 Mego 2-XLs sold for a total of $6.00, making the average cost of a Mego 2-XL $3.00. Any tapes that were in both lots would also have an average price of $3.00, while any tapes exclusive to LOT 1 would have an average price of $2.00 and any tapes exclusive to LOT 2 would have an average price of $4.00.

Also, please note that although there is a lot of Kasey the Kinderbot stuff being sold on eBay, I am not including it here. This is because Kasey is still being produced, so all Kasey items should still be easily available at regular retail prices at all regular retail outlets.
